We are looking for Antiques Vendors, Barn Sale Organizers, Antique Shops Owners, City Chambers to JOIN US! So, please invite anyone you think would like to help the committee. Everyone will have a VOTE to keep things fair!

May 12th - Organization Overview. Advertising proposal. Graphic design - establish deliverables and VOTE. Delegation discussion. Establish Facebook Group Chat. Feedback Q&A.
June 9th - Delegation Overview and updates. Advertising campaign presentation, materials distribution and website workflow. Feedback Q&A.
July 14th - Advertising updates. Delegation updates. Feedback Q&A.
August 11th - Distribute posters. Finalize maps for proofing. Social media marketing presentation and rally!
September 8th - Distribute maps. Finalize event day social media calendar.
